If you are bothered by regularly reoccurring stains on your teeth, try buying and using a good electric toothbrush.  After having a cleaning ask your hygienist to show you how to use it and how to clean interproximally (flossing or using small interproximal brushes). Your improved oral hygiene should help keep stain at bay!
