| Porcelain Veneers |
|
Porcelain veneers are very thin shells of porcelain that are bonded onto the front side of teeth to create a dramatic cosmetic improvement. Porcelain veneers are used to close spaces, increase length, create maximum whiteness and straighten teeth. By covering the surface area or the visible part of your treated teeth, porcelain veneers provide added protection, strengthening your damaged teeth, working to simultaneously strengthen your overall bite. They are very effective for correcting discolored, worn, chipped, or misaligned teeth, so they are preferred by many of our patients. Deep tetracycline stains can be removed from a smile with this procedure. Veneers can sometimes allow patients to bypass orthodontic treatment. |
